Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and x8k ("x8k", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the x8k website located at https://x8k.pro, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and related features made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the x8k Platform or Services.

x8k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with x8k, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. x8k will perform age verification checks at registration and at the time of first withdrawal. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on x8k at any time. Opening duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You must not be a resident of, or access the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction before using x8k.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of x8k or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.

x8k reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any stage of the account relationship. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x8k account credentials, including your username and password. x8k strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform or service.

• Do not share your credentials with any other person. x8k will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Notify x8k immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support@x8k.pro. x8k will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a verified notification.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — will be considered authorised by you unless you have notified x8k of unauthorised access prior to the activity occurring.
• x8k is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep them secure.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your x8k account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, or used by, any other person.

Deposits & Withdrawals

x8k processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 BDT per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Accepted payment methods: x8k currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladesh bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within five minutes on average under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• x8k withdrawal fees: x8k does not charge a fee for withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own fees; x8k has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider charges.
• Same payment method policy: x8k may require that withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering control.
• Verification prior to withdrawal: x8k reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification checks.
• Declined deposits: x8k is not responsible for deposits that fail to credit due to technical issues on the part of the payment provider. In the event of a failed deposit, contact support@x8k.pro with your transaction reference.
• Currency: All account balances are displayed in BDT unless you have selected INR as your account currency at registration. Currency switching after account opening is subject to x8k's discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

x8k offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. x8k reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, country of registration, or any other criterion at its sole discretion.
• Welcome bonus: New players may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT, subject to the specific terms of the current welcome offer at the time of first deposit. Welcome bonuses are available once per player and once per household.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the corresponding promotion page.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse and fraud: x8k reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or any form of promotional fraud is detected. Decisions made by x8k in this regard are final.
• Seasonal promotions: x8k may offer time-limited promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural occasions. These are subject to availability and separate terms published at the time of each offer.

Casino & Game Rules

The following terms apply to all casino games available through the x8k Platform, including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and all other game formats offered by x8k's game provider partners.

• Game provider terms: All games on x8k are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules of the respective provider. In the event of a dispute relating to a specific game, the provider's rules and the recorded game outcome shall be determinative.
• RNG and fairness: All slot games and non-live casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. The displayed return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term payout and do not guarantee results over any individual session.
• Malfunction policy: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure, all bets affected by the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. x8k accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
• Live casino: Live casino games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' studio rules and procedures. Decisions made by live dealers are final where they are consistent with the game rules in force at the time of play.
• Crash games: Fortune Snake, Aviator, and other crash games supplied by Spribe operate on provably fair algorithms. Game history and fairness verification data are accessible within the game interface.
• Bet limits: Each game carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed within the game interface. x8k reserves the right to adjust game-level bet limits at any time.

Responsible Gaming

x8k is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered account holders at any time from the account settings panel or by contacting support@x8k.pro.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a given period to help control expenditure.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts after a specified continuous play duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account remains suspended for the full chosen duration regardless of any request to reinstate it earlier.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration and takes effect immediately upon request. Contact support@x8k.pro to initiate self-exclusion at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on the x8k Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, game content, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the property of x8k or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from x8k.
• Game content, software, and related materials are the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) and are used under licence. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective products.
• Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x8k, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use of the Platform.
• Delays, interruptions, or failures in the performance of the Platform caused by events beyond x8k's reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, payment provider outages, or third-party game provider technical issues.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure or from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.
• Decisions made by x8k in the exercise of its contractual rights — including bet refusal, market suspension, account limitation, or bonus voidance — provided such decisions are made in good faith in accordance with these Terms.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Platform, including live scores, match statistics, or odds data sourced from third-party data providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude x8k's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close or terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your x8k account at any time by contacting support@x8k.pro. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method.
• x8k-initiated closure: x8k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, including but not limited to: provision of false identity information, underage access, duplicate account operation, bonus abuse, match fixing, money laundering, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Balance on closure: Where an account is closed by x8k due to a breach of these Terms, x8k reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including any winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. x8k may apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform from time to time.

Privacy & Data

x8k collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

x8k uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions to and from the Platform. All stored personal and financial data is protected in accordance with x8k's internal data security standards. x8k will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing use.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to x8k's operating jurisdiction. x8k makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Players access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, account decision, or any other matter governed by these Terms, you should contact x8k support at support@x8k.pro in the first instance. x8k will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Decisions made by x8k following a completed internal review process are final.

Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and x8k in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: x8k's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision on any subsequent occasion.
• Assignment: x8k may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
